Itinerary

•This tour starts with a pick-up from your hotel or the given address and covers all the following tourist destinations in Delhi:

1) India Gate: Situated in the heart of New Delhi, India Gate built in 1931 honors the soldiers of the Indian Army who lost their lives in First World War and the Third Anglo-Afghan War.

2) President's Palace (Rashtrapati Bhavan):  The Rashtrapati Bhavan where the president lives and within the encompassing Secretariat buildings and Parliament House, where the country is run. Inappropriately you’re not allowed inside the buildings sit at top of a small hill and therefore the view overlooking Rajpath (the King’s Way) and India Gate within the distance is gorgeous.

3) Qutab Minar: Qutab Minar is a 73 meter tower of victory commissioned by the first Muslim ruler of India, Qutab-un-din Aibak. Next to the tower is the first mosque built in India which was created from the ruins of 27 Hindu and Jain temples.

4) Humayun's Tomb: The magnificent 16th Century tomb was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent built by Humayun's widowed Queen, Haji Begum. Take some time to explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site and the surrounding buildings.

5) Raj Ghat Mahatma: Raj Ghat is a memorial place of Mahatma Gandhi. The cremation of Mahatma Gandhi took place at the Raj Ghat on 31st January 1948, a day after his assassination.  Originally it was the name of a historic Ghat of Old Delhi.

6) Jama Masjid: The 17 Jama Masjid is located in old Delhi near the well-  known Red Fort. This is one of the largest mosques in India and also among the top historical sites in Delhi.

7) Red Fort: The UNESCO World Heritage Site - Red Fort is a 17th-century fort that served as the residence of the Mughal Emperors of India. The fort served as the capital of the Mughals until 1857, when Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar was exiled by the British Indian government. From here you can also visit historical Chandni Chowk market area.
