Chardham yatra from Haridwar

 Day 01: Arrival Haridwar - Barkot (220 Kms/7 Hour)

After your Arrival at Haridwar Railway station or Jolly Grant Airport start with a visit to the region of Mussoorie through Barkot route. Stay will be at the hotel at night.

 Day 02 Barkot - Yamunotri - Barkot 36 Km drive & 7 km Trek (one side)

The day will start with yatra to Hanuman Chatti around 32kms from Barkot. Where you will take Jeep to Janki Chatti your 8kms trek start from Janki Chatti to Yamunotri, where you visit Goddess Yamuna Temple after taking blessings of Yamunotri. Back to Barkot for an overnight stay.

Janki Chatti: The coming together of Janki Ganga & Yamuna River.

Yamunotri Temple: Yamunotri is one amongst the 'Four Dhams' of Uttarakhand. In the 19 Century Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple. It was destroyed twice and rebuilt again.

Surya Kund: Is a hot water spring situated at Barkot near Yamunotri temple. This thermal spring gets its name from Yamuna River which is considered to be the off spring of Surya or the God as per the Hindu mythology.

Divya Shila: A rock pillar, worshipped before entering the Yamunotri Temple.

 Day 03 Barkot - Uttarkashi (100 Km / 4 hrs.)

This day will include a program of visiting Uttarkashi where after arrival you will be checking in to the hotel. After rest you will be visiting at Kashi Vishwanath temple, Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Uttarkashi: The town of Uttarkashi is located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The holy town of Uttarkashi is set on the banks of river Bhagirathi at an altitude of 1352 m above sea level. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra, Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess Kuteti Devi.

Day 04 - Uttarkashi - Gangotri - Uttarkashi (100 Kms/3 Hour each side)

Early morning drive to Gangotri Temple. At Gangotri, you will take a holy bathe into the origin of Bhagirathi. Bhagirathi is another name of Ganga on named Raja Bhagirathi. Visit the temple. Later in afternoon drive back to Uttarkashi for dinner and overnight stay.

The Gangotri Temple was built by a Gorkha Commander Amar Singh Thapa in the early years of the 18th century, is settled on the proper bank of Bhagirathi. Gangotri settled at AN elevation of mountains 3200 mts and emit a highly pious aura. Spiritual ceremonies are in full swing in the Gangotri temple with the Arti ceremony performed by the pujaris of the Semwal family.

 Day 05: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (253 Kms, 9-10 Hours)

This day will include the program of visiting Guptkashi via famous Tehri Dam, where after arrival you will be checking in to the hotel for overnight stay.

 Day 06: Guptkashi to Gouri-Kund- Kedarnath (32 Kms) (14 Kms trek)

The next day will be started off with a refreshing breakfast at the hotel and afterward, your journey will start to Gauri Kund from there your 14 km trek will start from there to reach Kedarnath either by palki or horse check in hotel. After rest you will be visiting the temple for Arti you will be resting in your hotel.

 The holiest of Shiva's temple is associated with gold among base metals in order that each pilgrim finds peace here, and it's aforesaid that devotees Who die here become one with Shiva himself. The temple of Kedarnath, settled at a height of 3,581 mts, stand at the top of the Mandakini watercourse, with Kedarnath peak keeping vigil on top of it. The temple is devoted to the Sadasiva or invisible shape of Shiva and is painted by a natural rock formation.       

Day 07: Kedarnath to Rudraprayag (14Km. downhill Trek & 80 kms on road)

This day will include the program of visiting the temples where after darshan trek down to Gouri-Kund. After rest, you will be driven to Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag.

Day 08: Rudraprayag to Badrinath (170kms/7hr)

Early morning the day will include the program of visiting Badrinath via Joshimath where after arrival you will be checking in to a hotel. Cover the attractions spot like Mana, Vyash Guffa, Maata Moorti, Charan Paduka, Bhim Kund and the starting point of the Saraswati River. After rest you will be visiting the temple for Arti you will be resting in your hotel.

 Badrinath Also called Vishal Badri, this temple settled at the peak of 3,133 mts. is that the largest chain of mountains and preferred of Hindu deity pilgrimages among the 5 Badries. the initial temple here is believed to be designed by King Pururava and therefore the icon of the lord inscribed by Vishwakarma, the creator of the gods. The idol was recovered by Adi Shankaracharya from the waters of the near   Naradkund and consecrated yet again within the temple, restored within the nineteenth century by the royal homes of Scindia & Holker.

Day 09: Badrinath to Srinagar (190 kms/8hr)

This day will include a holy dip at Tapt Kund and visit darshan of Badri Vishal. After darshan move to Srinagar where after arrival check in hotel for night stay.

 Day 10: Srinagar to Haridwar (100 kms/4hrs)

The day will start with a drive to Haridwar, en-route visit the Confluence of Bhagirathi and Alaknada called Devprayag from Devprayag onward Bhagirathi river become Holy Ganges). After visit Devpryag drive towards Haridwar via Rishikesh. On arrival Haridwar drop you at Railway station flight to next destination.

Notes
 
– Hotels suggested above is subject to availabilities on dates and prior confirmation and in case we do not find rooms in above hotels in any circumstances we will arrange the same in similar category hotels for parallel arrangements.
 
– Sitting arrangements in BUS /Tempo will be on a rotation basis. Our representative will guide you for this and we need to cooperate with him.
 
– Charges for AC / Heater will be extra and as per hotel to hotel basis.
 
– AC will not operate on Hills. Ac will only operate from Delhi – Haridwar & Hardwar to Delhi only in case we provide you transfers.
 
– GST will be extra only.
 
– Vehicles are on Disposal from the pre-advised meeting point in Delhi Or Haridwar.
 
– Transfers from Delhi are subject to availability of the vehicle. The client may arrange on their own to get a transfer from Delhi to Haridwar.
