Day 01: Arrive Cochin
On arrival our representatives will meet you and transfer to your pre booked hotel. Cochin is the riches historical and its setting on cluster of island. You can see the oldest church in India, 500 year old Portuguese houses and Chinese fishing net natural harbour created by the famed underwater Malabar mud-banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside the calmer the waters are within the harbour. Vasco-de-Gama placed it on the world map. Evening enjoys Katthakali dance show - a popular & traditional art form of Kerala. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Cochin - Munnar
After breakfast proceed city tours of the beautiful Cochin visiting Jewish synagogue, Portugues Churches, Chinese fishing nets etc. Later drive for Munnar - Munnar is one of dramatic mountain scenery and known as high range of Travancore, the hill town of Munnar(1524m) is the commercial center and some of the worlds highest tea growing estate. Overnight stay at hotel Munnar.
Day 03: Munnar City Tour
These days after breakfast visit Mattupetty lake and dam, which is a very gorgeous picnic spot. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and fill up your soul with peace. Relax and feel the difference this cool atmosphere is bound to bring to you. You can enjoy boating in the lake (optional) and view the Mountains and landscapes from a far. Also visit Eravikulam National Park, a natural environment of the rare mountain goat - Nilgiri Tahr and home of Aniamundi (2695m) the highest peak of South India. Also visit Tea Museum, one can satiate their curiosity on different stages of tea processing, and also learn a thing or two about the production of black tea. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04: Munnar - Thekkady
Today following breakfast leave for Thekkady (Periyar), a scenic drive through tea and spice plantations and blue hills. Periyar sprawled over an area of 777 sq. kms. Periyar is famous for its Periyar National park. On arrival check in hotel take rest. Later enjoy motorboat ride on Periyar lake to see tiger, elephants, rare species of birds and mammals including Malabar Giant Squirrel, Nilgiri Langur, Barking Deer, Bison and the highly endangered tailed Macaque. Overnight at hotel
Day 05: Thekkady - Kumarakom
Today following breakfast leave by surface towards to the coast and to the sweetly named town of Kumarakom on the banks of Vembandu Lake. Kumarakom is a world famous backwater destination. On arrival check into the hotel. Kumarakom popularly known as the rice bowl of Kerala. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06: Kumarakom - Alleppey (by Houseboat)
Morning board of the Kettuvallam - a typical Keralas houseboat towards to Alleppey - thru the Vembanadu Lake (famous backwaters of Kerala) and various narrow canals, as you cruise along the calm backwaters capture the glimpses of local existence of the people resident by the backwater, fishing etc. Overnight at houseboat.
Day 07: Arrive Alleppey
Today Morning disembarks from the houseboat and transfer to hotel in Alleppey, Alleppey is one of the Major attractive Tourist Destinations of Kerala. Canal Threaded Town of Alappuzha (ALLEPPY) often called as the Venice of the East, behind stretch the Polder Lands of Kuttanad. The Kuttanad, and those supernatural places known as the backwaters, are so unusual that you must take time off to visit them. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08: Alleppey - Kovalam
Today Morning drive for Kovalam - "Kovalam" means a thicket of coconut trees and correct to its name the village offers an endless sight of coconut trees. The curved shaped beach has three parts. The southern most beaches and the most famous, is glow house beach. It offers amazing view of Vizhinjam mosque. Rests of the day expend on beach. Overnight stay at hotel
Day 09: Kovalam - Kanyakumari
Today Following breakfast full day excursion to Kanyakumari - Kanyakumari is the southernmost mark of peninsular India. It is the gather point of 3 oceans - the Bay of Bengal, the Arabian Sea and the Indian Ocean. Later on visit Kanyakumari Temple - only Hindus are allowed inside the major inner chamber, also visit Gandhi Memorial, Vivekananda Memorial (Boat services are operated for this sight). Evening drive back to Kovalam for overnight stay.
Day 10: Kovalam
Today full day free for independent activities on beach. Overnight at hotel
Day 11: Kovalam - Trivandrum
Today Early morning you will be transferred to Trivandrum airport in time to catch your flight for next destination / hometown.
