Day 01: Arrival-Delhi
Arrival at Delhi airport. On arrival you will be welcomed by our representative who will escort you to your pre booked Hotel. Day is free to relax after a long flight. Overnight stay at Delhi
Day 02: Delhi City Tour
After breakfast, sightseeing of Delhi starts. Delhi has two part Old & New Delhi. We will take you through old forts, mosques and colorful streets. Drive pass through the Red Fort which was constructed by the Great Mughal emperor Shahjahan in1638-48 AD. Visit to one of the largest mosque in India - Jama Masjid which was constructed by Emperor Shah Jahan between 1644- 56 AD. After Old Delhi drive we head to the modern New Delhi. Visit to Rajghat, the crimination place of Mahatma Gandhi, Drive past India Gate which was built in the memory of Indian and British soldiers who lost their lives in World War I and Afghan wars. The names of soldiers are inscribed on the walls of the memorial. Rashtrapati Bhawan which is the official home to the President of India and has 340 rooms making it the largest residence. Later take a visit to the Qutub Minar built in 1193 AD a 73 m high tower making it the highest stone tower in India.Sightseeing of Delhi ends with visit to Lotus Temple which is a very attractive architectural marvel of the Bahai faith. Temple is set among beautiful pools and gardens and visitors get an impression of a floating half open lotus flower bounded by its outspread leaves. Overnight stay at Delhi
Day 03: Delhi-Sikandra-Agra- 205 km
Drive to Agra is famous as being home to one of the seven wonder of the world the Taj Mahal once the capital of Mughal Empire . Agra is 204 Kms from Delhi. Enjoy visit to glorious Tajmahal inimitable poem in white marble is the finest expression of love of an emperor for his queen. The Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal, who died during Childbirth, the great Love bond inspired Shah Jahan to construct Taj Mahal , it took not less than 22 years and total 20,000 people from India and central Asia worked on the building. Specialists were brought from as far as Europe to produce the quested marble screens and pietra dure (Marble inlay work) and thousands of semiprecious stone on the monument .The fact about Taj Mahal is that it changes its color depending upon the intensity of light falling on it. Day 04: Agra-Fatehpur Sikri-Jaipur 235 km / 5 hrs
After breakfast check out from hotel. Start the day with visit to massive Red sand stone Agra fort was begun by Great Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD. The fort was built primarily as a military structure but it was upgraded by his grandson Shah Jahan to a palace who add buildings using white marble Pearl Mosque, Halls of Public and Private audience, Jahangirs Palace, Khaas Mahal, Sheesh Mahal and Musamman Burj are some architectural marvels of Agra fort and finally become prison for Shah Jahan after Aurangzeb sized power in 1658. Later drive to Pink city Jaipur, 235 Km from Agra. Jaipur is the capital of the historical and royal state of Rajasthan. The city of architecture, culture, Cuisine and lively spirit of the people. Day 05: Jaipur City Tour
After breakfast drive to visit stunning hill fort of Amber visit the ancient capital of Rajasthan state was begun in 1592 AD by Maharaja Man Singh the Rajput commander of Akbar. It was later extend by the Maharaja Jai Singh before move to Jaipur.You can climb up to the fort on riding an Elephant back like a royal family. Enjoy visit to breathtaking palaces, complexes, halls, pavilions and Gardens at Amber fort. Later enjoy half day city tour of Jaipur visiting City Palace complex houses an imposing collection of Rajasthani art Jewellery, enamelware, carpets, tremendous range of miniature paintings, armory and thousands of ancient manuscripts preserved from the royal familys private collections, The Observatory built between 1727-34 AD is a noteworthy collection of traditional astronomical instruments, and the spectacular Hawamahal or the Palace of winds built in 1799 AD built for enable royal household ladies to watch the life and street procession of the city with its 953 small niche windows. Day 06: Jaipur - Delhi-Tour Completed
Breakfast at hotel and in time transfer to Jaipur or Delhi airport to your onward journey. Tour completed with sweet memories.
