Day 01: Delhi - Shimla ( 380 kms) ( By Private Car)

You will be arriving in Delhi, upon which our representatives will meet you, who will also be assisting with all the formalities. After fulfilling all the formalities, we will start our journey with a drive towards Shimla. Shimla used to be the summer capital of India during the British governance and is still popular as the Queen of Hill Stations. Located in the Northwestern part of the Himalayas, Shimla is now the capital of Himachal Pradesh. The region derives its name from the incarnation of Goddess Kali, Shayamala, whose temple existed in the 19th century. The numerous attractions over here, pleasant climate, scenic views and easy reach ability make Shimla a very popular and an Ideal destination.

Day 02: Shimla City tour

Today will actually be your day because we will be visiting some popular sightseeing attractions over here, which includes the Gothic Christ Church. Located on the prominent Ridge of Shimla, the church still compiles and maintains some of the ancient tablets. After visiting the church we will be proceeding to Jakhoo Hill, the highest point at which you can capture the entire region easily. Visitors can capture the scenic view of the nearby mountain ranges and photo enthusiasts can have a ball here. Quite close to the peak is the temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, which is a place of religious importance here. Feel free to shop at Scandal point and the Mall.

Day 03: Shimla - Manali (265 kms)

After breakfast, we drive towards Manali, wherein you will get to experience some exquisite landscapes and amazing scenic views. Some of the fabulous attractions that will blow your mind include the snow laden peaks and wooden slopes. Manali is a popular destination not only for nature lovers but also for adventure seekers. There are several trekking ranges in Kashmiri valley. You are free to enjoy the evening in Manali.

Day 04: Manali City Tour

Today we will be visiting sightseeing attractions in Manali like Vashishtha Hot water spring and monastery and even the religious Hidimba Temple. This ancient temple is visited by travelers and devotees from all round the world, and also by international travelers who are interested in knowing the ancient history of the place. The Hidimba Devi Temple was built in the year 1553 and till date it remains popular for its perfect architecture and uniquely carved doorways. Apart from the temple, you also have Vashishtha hot water springs that is known from its water springs. There are other old temples located in the region that are dedicated to lord Rama and also sage Vashishtha. Other places here that are worth visiting here includes monasteries popular for their teachings.

Day 05: Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali

Today after breakfast full day excursion to Rohtang Pass visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall) and Sollang Valley. Overnight at hotel.

Day 06:Manali- Mc Leodganj ( Dharamshala)(200 kms)

Today we will be driving to Dharamshala, which is a spectacular destination divided into two parts. Dharamshala is the name of the lower part and about 9 km away is McLeodganj, the upper region. When you visit Dharamshala, you will feel a strong Tibetan influence in the region. It was in the year 1959, Dalai Lama settled in the region after the Chinese invasion in the Tibet region.

Day 07: Mc Leodganj (Dharamshala)

Today we will be exploring McLeodganj, starting with Namgyal monastery, which is just opposite to Dalai Lamas place of residence. The monastery is a very sought after tourist attraction here due to the large gilded bronzes of Lord Buddha. The names are Padmasambhava and Avalokitesvara. We will also be visiting St. John Church and after that you have the evening for yourself to stroll and shop at the market place.

Day 08: Dharamshala - Dalhousie (145 kms)

Today we will driving to Dalhousie, which is a very beautiful hill station in Himachal Pradesh and it was established in the year 1854 as summer capital for the British Empire. The region is named after British Viceroy Lord Dalhousie. Located in the western edge of Dhauladhar mountain range of the Himalayas, in the western edge, Dalhousie is surrounded by snow capped mountain peaks. We will arrive in Dalhousie in the evening.

Day 09: Dalhousie

Today we will b exploring the sightseeing attractions in Dalhousie, which will also include the ancient Churches like St. Johns Church and St. Francis Church. The first mentioned one is the oldest of the lot and the wooden planks of the place were replaced in the year 1863.

Day 10: Depart Dalhousie

Today we will be driving to Pathankot from where we will be taking the night train for onward destination.
